Tackling your ordinary performance with a subtle difference and surely disguising the base of an activity; that’s what magic is all about. It is nothing more than an illusion. Now the question arises, how to become a magician? Had it been the case that I would be a magician; I happen to have been said that it is a hard nut to crack. Speaking it becomes very easy by getting accustomed to some peculiar tricks that are used by these practitioner magicians. All that is required is the zeal or inner urge along with dedication towards this profession.

There are certain steps that one needs to follow such as deep observation or studies, practice, acting and a little bit of show-off. But obviously certain native but intellectual talents like hypnotism, telepathy and mesmerism can’t be bypassed whose forte can only be developed by great and skilled magicians.

Observation and practice constitute only 40% of the magic rest 60% is the pure manifestation of magicians’ acting, representation, and show-off. The real magic is how the actual activity is camouflaged behind the proxy one. How a magician is carrying himself, how much gestation period he requires between any two consecutive activities, the posture in which he is standing or sitting, proper positioning and arrangement of infrastructure collectively stands for the representation of magic in front of public. How one is performing is not that much important in comparison to how a graceful audience is embracing it.

There are many reasons why one might want to learn how to do magic. First of all, everyone loves that sense of satisfaction of impressing someone. Magic gives you the feeling of having everyone wonder how you did something. Not many other things can give you that feeling. Also, magic is a big hit with children. I remember when I was a child and I had a certain uncle that was always doing magic tricks to impress me. Those magic tricks went a long way in establishing him as “the cool uncle” with me. Once you start becoming more advanced, magic tricks start becoming increasingly difficult. At this point, you begin getting a deep sense of satisfaction upon mastery of a magic trick.

When learning how to do magic, a great place to start is coin tricks. Coin tricks vary in degrees of difficulty. Some can be learned almost instantly, while others can take hours and even days to master. With just a few coins, you can do many different magic tricks. Coin tricks are easier to master because you are only handling a small coin. It is much easier to make something small, like a coin, than it is to make a large object disappear.

Another great type of tricks to start with is card tricks. Sure we have all seen someone guess what card we picked many times, but if you pull it off with the right build-up and pull the trick off smoothly, it still is a great trick. If you are exceptional at talking and keeping your audience involved and interested, even the most basic tricks can be a big hit. Like coin tricks, card tricks have many differing degrees of difficulty. Many of the most famous street magicians still do card tricks, and they are still a big hit with audiences of all ages.

Patter is the words that are said while you are making the preparations to pull off your trick. Another way to build up excitement is to get your audience involved in the trick. If you are unable to use a person, you can ask the people watching you to provide you with something you need to do the trick, such as a coin. For example hypnotism, telepathy and mesmerism are few where no such tricks or acting can work. Here only mana (life forces) surcharges. More or less these are the sciences without any proof which require controlled breathing, meditation, concentration, self-control and overall control over emotions. This type of magic is tough and is not seen in general road shows and circus.
